Thank you for your patience during the COVID-19 crisis and city and county indoor public places ordinances and restrictions. Below are our updated protocols and reminders for which we appreciate your continued assistance.

  1. If you are sick or running a fever, please reschedule your pet’s appointment or send someone else in your place.

  2. Masks are required inside our building and exam rooms.

  3. One human per exam room appointment is our limit.

  4. CALL OR TEXT us when you arrive instead of entering the building.

    1. 727-601-8293 (4th Street)

    2. 727-294-5693 (Pinellas Point)

  5. Please remain in your car and do not enter the building until we let you know an exam room is ready. We must restrict the number of people in our building, so we really appreciate your help with this!

  6. Dogs must be on a secure leash.

  7. Cats must be in carriers.

  8. To maintain proper social distancing, doctors may choose to examine your pet in our treatment area outside of the exam room due to the limited space in our exam rooms.

  9. Clients will be checked in and out in the exam room and not permitted to congregate in the Reception area.

  10. Doctors will enter the exam room following the examination to discuss findings and treatment recommendations with each client.

  11. A car-side appointment will be offered to any client who cannot wear masks due to any of the FIFTEEN exceptions the County laid out (Ordinance 20-14).

  12. As a reminder, car-side appointments operate like this:

    1. Be sure to have dog(s) on a secure leash for your appointment.

    2. Be sure to have cat(s) in carriers for your appointment.

    3. CALL OR TEXT us when you arrive:

      1. 727-601-8293 (4th Street)

      2. 727-294-5693 (Pinellas Point)

    4. A technician may call you via phone and get pet history over the phone before coming out to take your pet into the building while you remain in your car.

    5. After examination, the doctor will call you with findings.

    6. A receptionist will then call you to arrange for payment.

    7. A technician will return your pet to the car.

Once again, thank you for your patience during this crazy time! We are doing our best to keep our staff and clients safe during this time, and your understanding is greatly appreciated!
